3. Call Data

Call recordings and transcripts are stored encrypted and are accessible only to you and your authorised team members. We do not use your call data to train AI models. Enterprise customers may choose on-premise deployment for complete data sovereignty.

4. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your data at any time through the dashboard or by contacting us. We will delete your data within 30 days of a verified request.

5. Security

We employ industry-standard security measures including AES-256 encryption at rest, TLS 1.3 in transit, SRTP for voice streams, and regular security audits. Our infrastructure is SOC 2 Type II certified.
