1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Voxlie's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are using our services on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation to these terms.

2. Service Description

Voxlie provides AI-powered voice communications services including automated call handling, call routing, appointment booking, and related analytics. Services are provided on a subscription basis as described in our pricing plans.

3. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials, all activity that occurs under your account, and ensuring your use of the service complies with applicable laws and regulations, including telecommunications and privacy laws.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Voxlie for unlawful purposes, spam or unsolicited calls, harassment, or any activity that violates applicable telecommunications regulations. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.

5. Billing and Payments

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. Usage beyond included minutes is billed at the rates specified in your plan. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law.

6. Service Level Agreement

Enterprise customers receive SLA guarantees as specified in their service agreement. Standard plans target 99.9% uptime but do not include guaranteed SLAs. Service credits may be issued for extended outages at our discretion.
